Hyundai's Genesis brand has confirmed their future product lineup will include six models by 2020.

While we've already confirmed that before, one of the company's Korean press releases revealed the lineup will include a "sports type coupe," a midsize sedan, a large sedan, a midsize SUV, and a large SUV.  The new models will join the G90 / EQ900 super luxury sedan which was introduced earlier today.

Genesis was tight-lipped on details but Hyundai Motor America CEO Dave Zuchowski previously confirmed the luxury brand will offer an entry-level sedan that is about the same size as the 3-Series and will compete with that model as well as the Audi A4 and Mercedes C-Class.

Zuchowski also suggested the SUVs will actually be crossovers instead of body-on-frame behemoths.  Little is known about them but the executive confirmed they will ride on car-based platforms.

As we reported earlier today, the Genesis G90 replaces the Hyundai Equus and will be offered with three different engines in South Korea.  Choices include a 3.8-liter GDI V6 with 310 hp (231 kW), a 3.3-liter T-GDI V6 with 365 hp (272 kW), and a 5.0-liter GDI V8 that develops 418 hp (312 kW) and 384 lb-ft (520 Nm) of torque.
