Aftermarket wheel manufacturer Vossen has introduced a new set of shoes tailored to the LaFerrari.
With only 499 LaFerrari hybrid high-powered machines on the road, Vossen is certainly addressing a very limited crowd with their new set of forged wheels which were specifically designed for Ferrari’s sold out flagship model. With the help of Need4Speed Motorsports dealership in California, the wheel specialists at Vossen were able to install their new alloys on a lovely Grigio Medio example.
Vossen says they worked closely with the car’s owner during the development phase to make sure the end result will be satisfying for both parties. The wheels measure 20x9 at the front axle and 21x12.5 in the back and come wrapped in 255/30 ZR20 and 355/25 ZR21 Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires, respectively.
To ensure a perfect fitment, Vossen measured the LaFerrari in more than 100 ways and they also made a full 3D map of the brake and suspension to get everything right. These wheels came to life with the aid of FaroArm technology and were elaborated by the tuner’s in-house design and engineering team and were produced at their manufacturing facility in Florida.
There’s no word just yet about the price tag of such a wheel set, but it doesn’t really matter to someone who had the money to purchase the latest and greatest hybrid prancing horse from Maranello.
