BMW's fastest production car ever is making its video debut and unsurprisingly the clip features the M4 GTS hitting the track hard.

Limited to only 700 units, this is one of the most important M-branded models in recent years from Bavaria as the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) run in 3.8 seconds and 190 mph (305 km/h) makes it the quickest BMW ever and it's also the first production car to feature OLED taillights. The engineers also managed to implement a water injection system bumping output of the turbo-six 3.0-liter to 500 PS & 600 Nm and shaved off 62 kg (137 lbs) compared to the regular M4 Coupe, so it now weighs 1,510 kg (3,329 lbs).

If that's not impressive enough, BMW is telling us the car has completed a lap of the Nurburgring in just 7 minutes and 28 seconds, thus making it the quickest BMW ever around the Nordschleife and faster than many of today's proper supercars.

Information concerning the car's price tag is not available at this point, but given the many upgrades it has over the standard €72,500 M4 Coupe and its limited availability, chances are the GTS version costs somewhere in the region of €120,000.
