Tesla CEO Elon Musk has revealed the company's entry-level crossover will be called the Model Y.

In a tweet, which has since been deleted, Musk responded to a fan asking if the crossover variant of the Model 3 will have Falcon Wing doors.  He said "There will be a Model 3 and a Model Y. One of the two will."

Musk didn't have much else to say about the Model Y but he also tweeted that the company will introduce an entry-level Model X in about a year.  He said the model will have “something like” a 70-kWh battery.
