Suzuki has taken the wraps off the MIGHTY DECK concept which will be showcased in Tokyo next month along with the new Ignis.

We could be wrong, but this has the chances of serving as a sneak preview for a Suzuki Mighty Boy revival as it adopts the same body style. It's billed as a "fun-oriented minicar" with a canvas roof and an open load deck that can actually be repositioned depending on your needs thanks to an automatic raise/lower function.

The petite concept is just 3395 mm long, 1475 mm wide and 1540 mm tall and is powered by a tiny three-cylinder 658cc turbocharged gasoline engine working together with an S-Energy Charge electric motor and an automatic transmission.

It wears a two-tone yellow & blue paint scheme combined with blacked out A pillars and a wood-like finish on the center of both front and rear bumpers. The interior adopts a simple and clean layout with only a few physical buttons and knobs, along with a head-up display and a foldable passenger seat which can prove to be useful when carrying longer items like a surfboard.
