Following a mysterious teaser image from earlier this month, Lamborghini has announced the Huracan Spyder will be officially revealed during the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show
The new Spyder version of the Huracan will make its global premiere on September 15 during a special press conference. While nothing is confirmed, the car is expected to use a folding soft-top roof, just like its predecessor, the Gallardo Spyder.
There are also no technical details, but don’t expect any changes to the V10 5.2-liter naturally aspirated engine. In the Huracan coupe it generates 610 PS (448 kW) and 560 Nm (413 lb-ft) of torque, which are transferred to the wheels through a 7-speed dual clutch.
