Bentley CEO Wolfgang Durheimer has confirmed the company plans to add a "fairly aggressive, state-of-the-art sports car" to their lineup.

Speaking to The Detroit Bureau at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, Durheimer said the model would be based on the EXP 10 Speed 6 concept and help "make a different company out of Bentley Motors.”

While the model hasn't officially been green-lighted, the executive said the company is working on a business case for the model.  He declined to say when the business case would be presented to Volkswagen but hinted the company isn't in a rush as they are primarily focused on launching the Bentayga.
