Kahn Design is selling one of their heavily customized six-wheeled Land Rover Defenders known as the Flying Huntsman 6x6.

The G63 six-wheeler is no longer in production, so those who want a somewhat similar vehicle will have to give Kahn Design a call for a three-axle Defender. This "Prototype Mission 1" vehicle is for sale for a cool £199,875 (about $311,400 or €282,500) and is virtually new as it has been driven for just 250 miles (402 km).

This is actually the show car exhibited in Geneva back in March with an "estimated" 430 bhp (320 kW) generated by a GM-sourced LS3 V8 6.2-liter engine, but now Kahn Design says it packs a 500 bhp (373 kW) punch and since "all-wheel drive" is specified in the ad, this means the Flying Huntsman is a true 6x6.

Aside from receiving a third axle and an American heart, the Defender also comes with a bespoke exterior featuring a Volcanic Rock Satin finish, panoramic glass sunroof, side exhaust vents, new bumpers, extended hood and a stainless steel dual crosshair exhaust. Inside it gets red leather upholstery, unique sill plates, quilted leather headliner and numerous other luxury goodies.
