A pre-production Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio painted in white has been spotted roaming public roads.

It was only yesterday when a WCF reader sent us some spy shots of a camouflaged Giulia Quadrifoglio duo and now we have been informed about the existence of a camo-free white example being driven probably in Barcelona judging by the black & yellow paint schemes of the taxi. There's another one hiding under a cover and painted in red and you will also notice a film crew so the cars were there to record a promotional clip.

With such a limited ground clearance, it seems driving the range-topping Alfa Romeo Giulia in town is going to be a bit tricky, but with a powerful Ferrari-derived engine, top-notch performances, lightweight construction and matching looks, there won't be many complaints about the hot compact sedan being glued to the road.

Developed in only two and a half years, the Giulia Quadrifoglio will be shown in the metal at next month's Frankfurt Motor Show where AR will also bring the lesser versions, one of which has already been immortalized by our agile spy photographers.
