Faraday Future – a new producer of electric vehicles from America, has released the first teaser image of its first model.
The company says it is “poised to lead the entire automotive industry into the future” and it has already recruited “hundreds of the best of the best technology-focused talents from the most innovative companies of today”.
The first production model of the brand should be ready sometime in 2017. It will be a “100% electric, zero-emission, fully-connected and personalized” machine, reportedly featuring a 98 kWh battery, providing undisclosed range.
The FF team already includes some popular names in the automotive industry, like Nick Sampson (former Vehicle and Chassis Engineering for Tesla Model S), Richard Kim (former BMW i8 Concept, BMW i3 Concept), Silva Hiti (former lead powertrain at Chevy Volt) and Porter Harris (former Space X).
