PSA Peugeot Citroën and the Bolloré Group have signed a strategic partnership agreement which calls for the French automaker to manufacture and distribute the Bolloré Bluesummer convertible.

Set to go into production at the Rennes plant in September, the Bluesummer is a four-seat convertible which features a 30 kWh battery and an electric motor that develops up to 68 PS (50 kW).  It enables the car to hit a top speed of 110 km/h (68 mph) and travel up to 200 km (124 miles) on a single charge.

The Bluesummer will be sold through Citroën dealerships but there's no word on pricing.
