Fiat Chrysler Automobiles CEO Sergio Marchionne has revealed he expects Ferrari's IPO will bring in at least €10 ($11 / £7) billion.

Speaking to Bloomberg, Marchionne said “There are clear expectations from ourselves as [the] Ferrari brand is unique" and they're only selling a 10% stake so that creates a "scarcity value" that should drive up prices.

The executive declined to say when the IPO will take place but he confirmed Ferrari will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange as a Dutch holding company with its fiscal residence in the United Kingdom.  Despite the seemingly complex structure, Marchionne said Ferrari will continue to be based in Italy.
