The Porsche 918 Spyder is the reigning champion of the Nürburgring but that hasn't stopped Rolls-Royce from pointing out the high-performance supercar was recently beat by a Wraith at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.

In a press release, Rolls-Royce says the Wraith managed to complete the 1.16 mile (1.86 km) long course in 57.21 seconds which bested the Bentley Continental GT (60.65), the Maserati GranTurismo MC Stradale Centennial Edition (59.00) and the aforementioned Porsche 918 Spyder Weissach (61.37).

While it's probably safe to say the 918 Spyder wasn't going all out, Rolls-Royce added the Wraith crossed the finish line at 106 mph (170 km/h) which beat the company's previous record at Goodwood.
