The Cadillac Escalade EXT replica from China is back to haunt your dreams as the Shanxi Victory X1 has gone on sale.

Previously known as the Shanxi Victory Jinchi X1, the low-cost pickup truck from China adopts a pair of Cadillac-styled headlights and a wide front grille with a generous "V" logo which belongs to the Shanxi Victory Group. The taillight clusters have just about the same shape as the ones fitted onto the Escalade EXT, albeit with different graphics. As for the interior cabin, there's not much to talk about as this looks taken from an early 90s budget car.

Available exclusively as a double cab, the 1,645 kg (3,626 lbs) Shanxi Victory X1 costs the equivalent of around $11,000 and is powered by a Mitsubishi-sourced four-cylinder 2.4-liter engine with 136 bhp (101 kW) and 200 Nm (147 lb-ft) of torque sent to those small 15-inch wheels through a five-speed manual gearbox.
