According to a Dutch report, Audi has stopped production of the RS4 Avant and RS5 Coupe & Convertible models.

This news comes as a surprise taking into account their replacements are not scheduled to come out in the next two years since the all-new A4 hasn't even been revealed. The standard A4 (B9) will be presented later this month before heading to the Frankfurt Motor Show in September while the S4 will probably be introduced in the first half of 2016 so don't expect the RS4 before late that year or early 2017.

The A5 family will be overhauled sometime in 2016 and followed by the S5 which has already been caught on camera whereas the RS5 Coupe and RS5 Convertible duo are likely slated for a late 2017 launch.

The report goes on to specify Audi stopped making these three high-performance models late last month and they are no longer taking any other orders.
