A one-off Ford F-150 Halo Sandcat will be showcased at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) to promote the upcoming Halo 5: Guardians video game.

Ford joined forces with Xbox, 343 Industries and Galpin Auto Sports to work on a unique F-150 inspired by Halo's United Nations Space Command vehicle design. It's based on the 2015 Ford F-150 Lariat SuperCrew 4x4 with 3.5-liter EcoBoost engine and FX4 off-road package and has received the Addictive Desert Designs' Baja XTR off-road conversion kit featuring a Currie full floater rear axle, Deaver leaf springs, FOX Racing shocks, ADD fenders and custom side steps.

Codenamed M552, the special F-150 also has a chase rack and 17-inch wheels shod in off-road tires while the body wears a full Halo wrap. Stepping inside, it gets an actual Xbox One console with dual displays mounted on the back of the front headrests.

It will be shown at E3 as well as other several public events in anticipation for Halo 5: Guardians which is scheduled to hit Xbox One on October 27.
