If you're a fan of the Audi A7, you might want to look away as a new report is indicating the model will lose its distinctive rear end.

According to Car & Driver, the stylish four-ringed hatchback will get a "more mainstream butt" when the second-generation model is introduced in a couple of years.  While the move is unfortunate, Audi buyers reportedly had a problem with the car's unique rear end.

Little else is known about the next-generation A7 but it is expected to feature styling that mimics the Prologue concept.  The model is also slated to ride on the ride on the MLB Evo platform and feature similar engines to the Q7.
