The 2015 DC Avanti production version has been caught on camera on the streets of Delhi, India.

DC Design started deliveries of the Avanti last month and they have already managed to sell the first batch of 500 units of India's RWD sportscar which comes with a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder turbo engine developing 248 bhp (185 kW) and 250 lb-ft (340 Nm) of torque. It weighs 1,580 kg (3,483 lbs) and comes exclusively with a six-speed manual transmission.

In terms of performances, the DC Avanti needs six seconds until 62 mph (100 km/h) and will keep on accelerating until hitting an electronically-capped speed of 112 mph (180 km/h).

The car's styling certainly makes it stand out compared to other locally designed models and it also gets some beefy 20-inch alloy wheels wrapped around in 255x35 front & 295x30 rear tires.

Information about the car's official retail price is not available at this point, but AutoPortal says the first 500 buyers who ordered the car last year paid an ex-showroom price of 34.93 lakhs (about $54,570).
