Holden has released new details about their upcoming Insignia VXR.

Set to arrive at dealerships next month, the model is essentially a rebadged version of the Vauxhall Insignia VXR.  As a result, it features familiar a front fascia, LED-infused bi-xenon headlights and 20-inch alloy wheels.  The model also has rain-sensing wipers and a limited color palette that includes Summit White, Carbon Flash Black, Arden Blue and Silver Lake.

Holden declined to release interior pictures but the company confirmed the Insignia VXR will have heated leather front sport seats, a dual-zone climate control system and a MyLink infotainment system with an 8-inch display.  The model will also have a rearview camera, a seven-speaker audio system and GPS navigation.  Other highlights include Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Change Alert and Auto Emergency Braking.

Power will be provided by a turbocharged 2.8-liter V6 engine 325 PS (239 kW) and 435 Nm (321 lb-ft) of torque.  It will be connected to a six-speed transmission and an all-wheel drive system.
