A one-off Ferrari 550 Maranello Le Mans GTS was spotted on public roads this week in The Netherlands.

Approximately three weeks ago we saw a McLaren F1 GTR Longtail converted into a street-legal car and now a right-hand drive Ferrari 550 Maranello Le Mans GTS was photographed and filmed on a busy road in The Netherlands. Transformed into a street-legal vehicle by ProDrive, this is believed to be the only car of this kind in the world and it probably weighs next to nothing taking into account in race-spec it tipped the scales at just 1,100 kg (2,425 lbs).

Power comes from a V12 6.0-liter engine which in racing specification delivers 600 bhp (448 kW) at 6,400 rpm and 600 Nm (443 lb-ft) at 5,000 rpm channeled to the rear wheels through an Xtrac six-speed sequential gearbox. It benefits from a double wishbone front & rear suspension and comes with carbon fiber body panels to keep the weight down.
