According to a recent report, Cadillac will introduce their new XT5 crossover this fall.

Expected to be unveiled at the Los Angeles Auto Show, the XT5 will replace the SRX and feature an upscale design that more cohesive than its predecessor.

Cadillac has been relatively tight-lipped about the model but previous spy photos have shown it will have a prominent grille, vertical headlights and a rakish tailgate.  The crossover will also have an upward sweeping beltline, a gently sloping roof and a sporty dual exhaust system.

Engine options remain unconfirmed but choices will likely include a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder with approximately 265 bhp (198 kW) and a naturally-aspirated 3.6-liter V6 with roughly 335 bhp (250 kW).
