German tuner VÄTH is introducing an upgrade kit for the Mercedes-Benz GLA 200.
In its standard configuration, the four-cylinder 1.6-liter inside the GLA 200 develops 156 HP (115 kW) and 250 Nm (184 lb-ft), but VÄTH's engineers can bump output to 184 HP (135 kW) and 310 Nm (228 lb-ft) if you are willing to pay €850 for the V20 tuning kit and an extra €200 for installation.
The small crossover can also receive a stainless steel sports exhaust system available at €1,690 which they say boost performance by 5-8%. There's also a stainless steel axle back valve exhaust system with oval end pipes priced at €2,890 (+ €550 installation). VÄTH is asking €390 (+ €200 mounting) for an upgraded braking system with steel flex tubes and Castrol SRF racing braking fluid.
As a final touch, the Mercedes-Benz GLA 200 can be fitted with 18-inch black multi-spoke alloys with matching tires.
