Citroën has released a teaser image depicting the Aircross concept scheduled for a full reveal on April 8.

It will likely take the shape of a crossover since Citroën has so far used the "Aircross" moniker on high-riding derivatives of the C3 and C4 as well as for the more recent 2014 Aircross Lunar concept. From what we see in this single teaser pic, the front fascia will be influenced by the funky C4 Cactus, with slim dual LED daytime running lights positioned above the slightly larger headlights.

Details about the concept are not available at this point, but the photo's caption says: "Have you ever seen a camera on four wheels?" It likely means Citroën has fitted the Aircross concept with several cameras capable of capturing everything that's happening around the vehicle, with the 360-degree footage being displayed on the screen inside the cabin.

We will have all the details on April 8 when Citroën will unveil the Aircross concept.
