25-year-old Amber Dlaine McKinney Morgan passed out right in the middle of I-805 northbound in the Kearny Mesa area in San Diego.

The peculiar incident happened on Friday night when a reporter from 10News noticed the vehicle on the second lane and decided to call 911. The police arrived and since the doors were locked and the woman wasn't responding at all, California Highway Patrol Officer Sergio Flores had no other way but to smash one of the windows in order to stop the vehicle which started to slowly roll.

A student at the San Diego State University, Morgan had a big bottle of alcohol as well as other drinks inside the car. Needless to say, she is now in jail and the authorities have set a $2,500 bail.
