The 2016 Range Rover Evoque Cabrio has been spied turning into a complex at the Nürburgring.

Previewed by the Evoque Cabrio concept, the production model is based on the facelifted Evoque and features a retractable soft top as well as a revised rear end with an integrated spoiler.  Additional changes are hard to spot but it looks like the convertible will have massive blind spots considering the relatively small rear window and thick sides of the soft top.

Engine options remain unconfirmed but choices will likely include a turbocharged Si4 petrol with 240 PS (177 kW) and an Ingenium TD4 turbodiesel with outputs of 150 PS (110 kW) and 180 PS (132 kW).

The Range Rover Evoque Cabrio will go on sale next year and the company has promised to release additional information about the model later this year.
