Nissan has released a teaser image for the Sway concept set to debut a week from today at the Geneva Motor Show.

The concept will provide a first glimpse at the next generation Micra supermini in European specification. Judging by the attached teaser pic, the new Micra will adopt a significantly different design compared to the outgoing model which was facelifted back in 2013. Needless to say, the production version of the new Micra won't look as dramatic as the concept but it will still represent an improvement over the current design which is a bit long in the tooth.

We already know the next-gen Nissan Micra will be produced by Renault in France starting next year at the Flins factory located near Paris. Chances are the model will have a lot in common with the latest Clio and some say the car will actually receive a different name to denote that it's entirely different from past models.
