Hot on the heels of yesterday's announcement about the Agrera RS, Koenigsegg has confirmed plans to introduce a mysterious Regera at the Geneva Motor Show.

The company is keeping details a closely guarded secret but they're referring to the model as a "megacar." This is likely a subtle hint that the Regera will produce at least 1 megawatt (1,341 bhp / 986 kW) of power.

While nothing is official, Koenigsegg referred to their One:1 as the "world's first megacar." It has a twin-turbo 5.0-liter V8 engine that develops 1,341 bhp (986 kW) and 1,371 Nm (1,011 lb-ft) of torque. This enables the model to run from 0-400 km/h (0-248 mph) in approximately 20 seconds.
