Iglhaut has announced plans to offer an off-road focused tuning program for the Mercedes Vito and V-Class.

Described as an "extreme terrain vehicle," the vans will be equipped with a permanent four-wheel-drive system with high and low gear ratios. The models will also have three locking differentials, a lifted suspension and underbody protection. Other notable highlights include a brush guard, rocker bars, a snorkel and off-road tires. Last but not least, the company will install a roof rack and a spare tire carrier.

Thanks to these modifications, the vans will have 280mm (11 inches) of ground clearance, a fording depth of 600mm (23.6 inches) and the ability to climb 80% grades. The models will have up to a 30° approach angle and a 40° departure angle.

The conversion package will be available later this year but there's no word on pricing.
