Judging by the car's name, the origins of the render are self-explanatory as Theo took the recently unveiled Infiniti Q60 concept and applied the Q50 Eau Rouge treatment to create a high-performance coupe. Chances of seeing this actually happen are slim taking into account Infiniti's parent company Nissan has decided to focus on volume products rather than on niche products like the Q50 Eau Rouge.

This comes as a major disappointment especially since Infiniti had an aggressive marketing campaign for the Q50 ER. Moreover, the original concept actually evolved into a prototype and was developed with assistance from Formula 1 champion Sebastian Vettel. There were plans for a limited-production run with a starting price of approximately $100,000 but chances are that will not happen in the near future.

If the car will ever be green-lighted, it would be a smart idea from Infiniti to offer a coupe variant which could very well look like this speculative render.
