Last year on December 5 there was a major theft at Red Bull's HQ in Milton Keynes as more than 60 trophies were reported missing. Less than two weeks later, approximately 20 of them were found on Horseshoe Lake near Sandhurst and now BBC has released footage from the burglary which occurred in the night hours.

Ironically, thieves used an old silver Subaru Legacy to steal Red Bull's legacy but they didn't snatch any driver or manufacturer titles as these were not in the building. It seems the trophies were stolen only for their scrape value which explains why the thieves threw some of the plastic ones on the floor.

Red Bull team principal described the incident as being a "pointless crime" as the monetary value of the trophies is low but their "emotional value is huge.”
