Today we bring a follow-up to a story from September last year with the first totaled Lamborghini Huracan.

The story was about a Verde Mantis (green) which was obliterated following a brutal crash on the M7 highway in Hungary. Now, an anonymous tipster has sent us footage from the on-board camera of the Huracan and it seems the video was released by the Hungarian police. The driver of the supercar probably wanted to test the Huracan's top speed as he hit 334 km/h (207.5 mph) a couple of times but as you can see from the attached pics, it didn't end well.

At one point while he was doing around 310 km/h (192.6 mph), a change of road surface resulted in a loss of control and traction, leading to a crash into the left barrier followed by another one in the right barrier and then the vehicle ended up into a nearby ditch on the side of the highway.

Despite the powerful impacts, both driver and passenger survived (with serious injuries) and managed to get out of the Huracan before it went up in flames.
