An undisguised pre-production Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 AMG Coupe has been spotted on the streets of Stuttgart in Germany.

The car had a Polar White exterior paint scheme and judging by the vented rear fenders it was the 450 AMG Sport version. However, instead of the quad exhaust arrangement depicted in the official images released by Mercedes-Benz, the car only had the dual exhaust setup fitted onto the lesser versions. Since this wasn't a production-ready car, it shouldn't come as a surprise it didn't have all the final parts installed.

The GLE 450 AMG Coupe will target those who want more power but don't want to spend extra on the fully-fledged AMG version which is rumored to debut alongside the lesser models at NAIAS this month. While the GLE 450 version makes use of a twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6 with 367 HP & 520 Nm, the GLE 63 AMG Coupe will reportedly get a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 that will produce somewhere along the lines of 462 HP & 600 Nm as seen in the AMG GT.
