Police authorities in Vancouver have seized a Lamborghini Huracan which was going way over the speed limit.

December 3rd wasn't a very good day for the driver of a Lamborghini Huracan as he was detected by the police in Vancouver doing 102 km/h (63 mph) in a 50 km/h (31 mph) area. Taking into account the car was carrying dealer plates, the 368 CAD fine was probably chump change for the Lamborghini dealership but getting the car seized and impounded for seven days must be a real pain.

This is where the story really gets interesting as Vancouver Police posted the attached image on their official Facebook and Twitter accounts, along with the following caption: "Lamborghini - $275,000, Speeding ticket for doing 100 km/hr - $368, Watching your sports car with dealer plates get towed on a 7 day impound – Priceless."

It's not known whether the 30-year-old driver is working for the dealership or he was a potential client taking the Huracan for a quick spin. Vancouver Police mentioned the driver was "very shocked" when asked to pull over on Cambie Street near 54th Avenue.
