ZIL, a major Russian truck and heavy equipment manufacturer based in the city of Moscow, is currently working on a new army truck that will likely be ready in 2015.

The concept machine was commissioned by the Russian military in 2010 and built by ZIL, one of the oldest manufacturers in the country. It has been designed to transport up to 10 passengers including the driver.

The Humvee is 6.33 meters long and has a 3.8-meter wheelbase. Weighting 4,57 tons, the machine is reportedly powered by a Cummins 4-cylinder diesel engine that produces 185 PS (136 kW) and is connected to a 5-speed ZF manual gearbox.
