Cadillac has released the first teaser video of the 2016 ATS-V Coupe, ahead of its debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show on November 18th.

While the video doesn't reveal much besides a burnout, our spies have already caught the model undisguised during a photo shoot.

Those pictures revealed the car will adopt an aggressive front fascia with a carbon fiber front splitter, a slimmer mesh grille and a larger lower intake. The coupe also sports a ventilated hood and lightweight alloy wheels which are backed up by a high-performance braking system. Last but not least, there's a prominent rear spoiler and a four-tailpipe sports exhaust system.

The interior is still shrouded in mystery but we can expect sport seats, revised trim and plenty of V-Series badging.

Cadillac has done a surprisingly good job keeping performance specifications under wraps but rumors are pointing to a twin-turbo 3.6-liter V6 engine that produces approximately 425 bhp (317 kW). That's the same as the BMW M4 Coupe but less than the Lexus RC F.
