The Lexus CT200h might be a tad underwhelming but that hasn't stopped the company from mocking the BMW i3 in a new promotional video.

The Lexus CT200h might be a tad underwhelming but that hasn't stopped the company from mocking the BMW i3 in a new promotional video.

Dubbed Dad’chelor Party, the clip features a group of guys going on a road trip to Las Vegas. One group departs in a Lexus CT200h, while the other takes a BMW i3.

Since this is a glorified Lexus commercial, the BMW 'enthusiast' is obnoxious and the car has to stop multiple times to recharge. While the latter part is semi-realistic, BMW does offer an i3 REX which features a range-extending two-cylinder petrol engine. This enables the model to have a combined maximum range of approximately 300 km (180 miles).
