Ferrari USA in collaboration with artist Fabian Oefner joined forces to prove the California T is an art form.

Oefner visited Ferrari at home in Maranello where he had the possibility to visualize the California T as an art form by using UV paint while the vehicle was in the company's wind tunnel. For this occasion, Ferrari established a microsite called "State of the Art" where visitors are able to learn more about the model's design.

The Ferrari California T is essentially a facelift of the original California but with a more evolved design and a turbocharged V8 3.8-liter engine outputting 560 HP (412 kW) and 755 Nm (556 lb-ft). It’s enough for a 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) run in 3.6 seconds and a 196 mph (316 km/h). Despite being more powerful than the model it replaced, the California T consumes 15 percent less fuel while its CO2 emissions have dropped by 20 percent to 250 g/km.

Besides the styling and engine changes, the grand tourer has received a new infotainment system with a 6.5-inch touchscreen display, along with an updated center console and Frau semi-aniline leather upholstery. Ferrari's engineers have also installed carbon ceramic brakes with new composite discs and pads, allowing the California T come to a full stop from 62 mph (100 km/h) in 34 meters.
