MG will be displaying the MG3 personalization concept until Sunday at the London Design Week.

As a method to spice up the supermini, MG's designer Louise Thorburn has prepared a concept showcasing the customization options available for the MG3. The company has added three personalization graphics part of the "Autumn Additions Collection" for the MG3 which they say can be configured in more than one million ways. Prices for these enhancements start at £39 (including installation) and according to MG more than 40 percent of the customers so far decided to customize their car.

Prices for the 2014 MG3 (UK-spec) range from £8,399 to £9,999 and regardless of the trim selected all cars come with a four-cylinder VTi-TECH naturally aspirated gasoline engine outputting 106 HP (78 kW) sent to the front axle through a 5-speed manual transmission. The base 3TIME variant comes with LED daytime running lights, six airbags, electronic hill hold control, corner brake control as well as a CD player with MP3 & AUX-IN capability.

Upgrade to the 3FORM mid-range trim (from £9,299) and you also get DAB radio, Bluetooth & audio streaming, leather steering wheel (with red stitching and audio controls) along with air conditioning. The range-topping 3STYLE costs £9,999 and adds 16-inch Diamond alloy wheels, side sill extensions, cruise control, rear spoiler, automatic headlights & wipers and rear parking sensors. The aforementioned three fresh designs are already available within the configurator.
