The owner of a previous generation Volkswagen CC learned the hard way that front-wheel drive doesn't work very well on muddy terrains.

From the thumbnail you might think this was a tug of war like the one between two Ferrari F50s from last year but in reality the first-generation Volkswagen CC got stuck and was being helped by a Volvo S60R. As you would imagine, the CC had a front-wheel drive layout rather than a 4MOTION setup and was eventually saved by the hot 300 PS S60R equipped with a Haldex all-wheel drive system.

However, the story doesn't end here as after the CC was extracted from the deep mud, it got stuck again trying to leave the scene but some bystanders were kind enough to give the Volkswagen a push and gain traction once again.
