One of our loyal readers has sent us a render of the all-new Audi TT RS set to arrive within the next two years.

An evolution of a previous render, this latest digital illustration shows a more aggressive appearance highlighted by the widened body with muscular wheel arches and a rear wing. It also has enlarged alloy wheels matched with body-colored brake calipers while the front bumper houses beefier vents to improve cooling along with fins for optimized aerodynamics.

Already confirmed for production, the new Audi TT RS will retain the five-cylinder 2.5-liter engine which will be further tweaked to develop somewhere in the region of 360 - 380 PS (264 - 279 kW) sent to a quattro all-wheel drive system. Technical project manager Markus Siewart motivated the decision to have another TT RS by saying "it's a successful car, people loved it, [and] people ask for the new one."

Before the arrival of a range-topping RS version, the third-gen Audi TT lineup will be expanded with the roadster body style programmed to be unveiled in less than three weeks at the Paris Motor Show. There's also going to be a third body style set to arrive in the years to come and most likely it will be a crossover as hinted by the TT offroad concept from this year's Beijing Motor Show.
