Mopar has unveiled the 2015 Dodge Challenger Drag Pak test vehicle which will be showcased this weekend at the Lucas Oil Raceway during the NHRA U.S. Nationals event.

It's based on the 2015MY Dodge Challenger and has received a white body complemented by a vintage stripe package and "426 HEMI" badging. It sits on 15-inch wheels with 28-inch front & 30-inch rear drag-style tires and has a Mopar K-Member strut front suspension with adjustable compression and rebound combined with a four-link rear solid axle with Panhard bar.

The Challenger Drag Pak by Mopar is powered by a 426 cubic-inch Race HEMI engine featuring an aluminum block, bespoke calibration and steel liners. It works combined with a Chrysler-sourced 727 automatic gearbox with a race-style stick shifter and an aluminum driveshaft.

Built exclusively for drag racing, the Challenger Drag Pak will be exhibited today and tomorrow at the Mopar display during the NHRA U.S. Nationals event where it will sit alongside a 1968 Dodge Dart HEMI package car.
