Following a rumored private unveiling at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, our spies have snapped photos of the Ferrari 458 Speciale Spider.

Like the 458 Speciale Coupe, the Spider has been equipped with a new front bumper that has larger air intakes and vents besides the headlights. The convertible also boasts sportier side skirts and an aggressive rear end with a massive diffuser and a dual exhaust system. We can also expect Brembo brakes, a Side Slip Angle Control system and 20-inch forged wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup2 tires.

Power will likely be provided by an 4.5-liter V8 engine that produces 605 PS (445 kW) and 540 Nm (398 lb-ft) of torque. This should enable the car to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in less than 3.4 seconds before hitting a top speed in excess of 320 km/h (199 mph).

Production will reportedly be limited to 458 units but nothing is official as of yet.
