The BMW M5 Nürburgring Taxi has been involved in yet another accident while at work.

[update] Video added. Although bystanders said the accident occured due to a failed drift attempt, the cause of the accident was excessive speed while tackling the corner.

The BMW M5 Nürburgring Taxi has been involved in yet another accident while at work.

Back in December last year we saw the M5 'Ring taxi totaled after a heavy crash while approaching the Hohe Acht turn and now a similar car was damaged after an unsuccessful drift attempt. The high-performance sedan oversteered out of Brünnchen and collided with the right-side fence between Brünnchenn and Eiskurve.

As you can see, the crash is much less severe compared to the previous one so this M5 Nürburgring Taxi will be back in shape in no time. The track was closed for a little over an hour following the crash and the cars on the circuit were escorted out by a second taxi. According to BridgeToGantry, a video with the crash will be uploaded tonight and will be added to the article.
