Following a preview this weekend, Prefix has officially unveiled the Medusa.
Created by their new offshoot Prefix Performance - which promises to build "the type of vehicle you clamor for but doesn’t exist" - the Medusa is an SRT Viper convertible. As a result, the company removes the fixed roof and adds a retractable soft top and a modified rear end.
The car also features an individually-numbered plaque, special floor mats and a painted X-brace under the hood. Prefix also says customers can order everything from custom stripes to a bespoke interior.
The initial production run will be limited to 10 units and the conversion will cost $35,000 (€25,890 / £20,510).
