A 28-year-old woman from Southwark, southeast London has failed her driving theory test for no less than 110 times.

A very ambitious yet not very knowledgeable UK citizen has failed her driving theory test for 110 times and each time she paid 31 GBP so overall spent a whopping 3,410 GBP attempting to pass the theory test. She holds the all-time record for failing the theory test and is followed at a considerable distance by a 30-year-old man from Peterborough who failed the test 86 times and still can't legally drive.

The average pass rate in United Kingdom stands at only 65.4 percent and even if she will eventually pass the theory test she will have to go through the practical test. It lasts approximately 40 minutes and costs 62 GBP during weekdays and 75 GBP during weekends, bank holiday or in the evening. A 40-year-old man from Stoke-On-Trent is the record holder for failing the practical test 37 times but at the 38th attempt he passed.
