In its most powerful iteration available, the Porsche Macan packs a 400 PS (294 kW) punch from a twin-turbo V6 3.6-liter in the Turbo variant. It seems there's room for more oomph as a camouflaged Turbo prototype was spotted tackling the Nordschleife so chances are pretty soon there will be a Turbo S variant with 430-440 PS coming from the same motor.

It should be mentioned the prototype isn't the GTS version (set to slot between S and Turbo) because that one will have oval exhaust pipes whereas the car seen in this video has trapezoidal pipes as on the Macan Turbo. The Turbo S will likely do the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) in roughly 4.6 seconds (4.4s with Sport Chrono) taking into account the Turbo does it in 4.8s (4.6s). Top speed should also increase a little bit from the Macan Turbo's 165 mph (266 km/h).

An official launch is expected sometime in 2015 with a starting price in Germany of more than 90,000 EUR considering the Macan Turbo is priced at 79,826 EUR (VAT included).
