The owner of a fifth-generation Chevrolet Corvette decided to test the car's rallying abilities by taking into on a bumpy dirt road and trashing it around.

Needless to say, when Chevrolet was developing the Corvette C5 (1996 – 2004) they never thought someone would end up taking it on a rallying session. However, that didn't stop YouTube user Michael Lalanne from taking his poorly maintained 'Vette onto bumpy dirt roads and likely cause serious damage to the vehicle's undercarriage.

He does show some fairly good driving skills, although towards the end of the video he almost crashed into a tree. Chances are it wasn't the first or last time the C5 was abused as the owner doesn't seem to care too much about his ride and likes to show off.
