The 2015 Mercedes-Benz CLA Shooting Brake was caught on camera on the Nurburgring. It was spied once again undergoing speed testing with heavy camouflage on the back.
Compared to the standard CLA, the station wagon seems to have larger rear doors and a distinctive tailgate with an integrated spoiler.
The fourth member of the A-Class lineup, after the hatchback, the sedan (CLA) and the crossover (GLA), will likely use the same engines as the other variants. A 4-cylinder 2.0-liter engine with 360 PS (265 kW) and 450 Nm (332 lb-ft) could power a range-topping CLA 45 AMG Shooting Brake version. The most powerful diesel modification will sport a 2.1-liter diesel unit with 170 PS (125 kW).
The engine range of the mini CLS Shooting Brake will also include a Renault-sourced 1.5-liter diesel power plant with 109 PS (80 kW), as well as a 1.8-liter diesel with 136 PS (100 kW).
