Police in Ashland, Massachusetts is reporting the driver of a first generation BMW X5 flipped his vehicle because of a bee.

Police in Ashland, Massachusetts is reporting the driver of a first generation BMW X5 flipped his vehicle because of a bee.

The accident occurred early in the morning on Friday when the 50-year-old driver of a 2003 BMW X5 was driving on Winter Street. At one point, a bee infiltrated the interior cabin which according to the driver caused him to lose control of the vehicle and exit the road.

Police in Ashland, Massachusetts wrote on their official Twitter account: "Operator told officers that a bee was inside his vehicle, causing him to lose control and veer off the road." The good news is the driver managed to exit the damaged X5 without suffering any injuries but the vehicle needs some considerable amount of repairs.
