Opel has prepared several customized vehicles for this year's RETTmobil event organized between May 14 and 16.

Opel Special Vehicles GmbH was in charge of modifying the Insignia Country Tourer into an "attention-getting emergency medical vehicle." It boats dual LED front flashing lights and has received a bright red exterior together with two rear warning lights and retroreflective rear hazard markers. On the inside it has an ignition override unit, a 230-volt electrical system as well as preliminary setup for analog & digital radio along with accident data storage.

Besides the emergency medical vehicle conversion, the Insignia Country Tourer has also been transformed into a fire brigade command vehicle which has a signaling system on the roof as well as "FIRE BRIGADE" lettering on the doors and hood.

Opel will also be showcasing a customized Vivaro tailored to handling transport tasks along with a special Movano that has been transformed into a disabled transport vehicle equipped with a seat rail system and individual seats.
